How to Use Our Design Templates

Our templates are designed to help you create perfectly formatted artwork for your products, such as business cards, postcards, and more. Follow these simple steps to ensure your design is set up correctly:

Step 1: Access the Templates

Click on the link below to visit our Google Drive folder, where all templates are organized by size & product type:

Once you’re in the folder:

  • Choose the template size and type that matches your project (e.g., business card, postcard).
  • Click on the desired file, and then download it to your computer by clicking the download button.

Step 2: Open the Template in a Design Program

Use popular design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator to open the downloaded file.

Step 3: Understand the Guidelines

  • Red Line (Cut Line): This indicates where your finished product will be trimmed. Make sure no important design elements are too close to this line.
  • Blue Line (Safety Line): Keep all essential text, logos, and design elements inside this line to ensure they are not trimmed.
  • Outer Border (Bleed Area): Extend your background or design elements beyond the cut line to this area for a seamless edge.

Step 4: Design on Top of the Template

Add your artwork, text, and images directly on top of the template. Once you’re done designing:

  • Hide or remove the template layer.
  • If you are using a program like Adobe Illustrator, make sure to convert all fonts to outlines to avoid font issues during printing.
  • Save your file in the required format (e.g., PDF, AI, PSD).
  • Send the completed file to us.
